I am a seasoned executive who has driven efficiencies and success throughout my career. I am motivated by personnel development and mission accomplishment. I am dedicated in enrichment of personnel, processes, programs, and companies.
 

I enjoy taking the hardest challenges.  I have a proven track record of taking these opportunities and transforming them into industry benchmarks.  My accomplishments have continually receive high-praise; “You continue to amaze me…Every time you present new and better functionality to help us manage our business”, “increased production by 233 percent despite a 50 percent reduction in manning”,  “analytic approach to all cross-functional business lanes...conducted a zero-based review of requirements…reduced manning requirements by half…that increased production 160 percent”, and “single-handedly designed and implemented a full-spectrum development program taking the lowest performing group to the highest performing group in a 13 state region in 2.5 years.”

I have worn many hats; such as Program Management Office Director, Cyber Director, Technical Analysis Center Deputy Commander, Strategic Portfolio Manager, Senior Program Manager, Architecture and Governance Senior Manager, and more.  I have authored dozens of directives, instructions, technical manuals, intelligence products, and programs to include ”a superior Target Motion Analysis program for submarine, surface, and air warfare communities that created a paradigm shift, significantly improving the Fleet's warfighting effectiveness.“  I have been responsible for reporting and briefings through all levels of the DoD and government to include Congress and the President.
